Material Description
Takhle bych ji zjednodušil: Hardox 600 is a through-hardened wear-resistant steel with a nominal hardness of approximately 600 HBW, corresponding to about 56 HRC. It must therefore be approached as a hardened steel and machined with tools, grades and geometries specifically designed for hardened materials. Conventional general-purpose tools may chip or lose their cutting edge very quickly. A rigid setup, stable cutting edge are essential for reliable machining.
